Dr K V Reddy – Retiring as of 30 June 2016

Dr Reddy is retiring from the Partnership and Clinical Practice of Deneside Medical Centre as of 30 June 2016. Dr G R Chealikani is taking over the List of Registered Patients from 30 June 2016.

If you have any concerns or questions, please ask to speak to the Practice Manager.

Learning Disabilities Annual Health Checks

Did you know the practice offers annual health checks to all their patients aged 14 years + who suffer from a learning disability. If you feel you would qualify for a health check please get in touch with the Practice so that this can be arranged.

The Annual Health Check scheme is for adults and young people aged 14 or above with learning disabilities who need more health support and who may otherwise have health conditions that go undetected.

Retirement

This is to notify our patients that after 33 years of working here, Dr K V Reddy will sadly be leaving us for retirement. His last working morning will be Friday 24 June 2016.

He will be available to say goodbye to on the afternoon if any of our patients wish to do so.

Mean Earnings of GPs

All GP Practices are required to declare the ‘mean’ earnings (e.g. average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients.

The Average Pay for GPs working in Deneside Medical Centre in the last financial year was £35,258 before tax and national insurance. This is for 2 full time GPs, part time GP and 1 Locum GP who worked at the practice for six months.
